shipping is available for Vancouver island, BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan-Toronto.

Driveway drop off

Most residential address' inside city limits will have the option of a home delivery where the box or crate will be dropped off in the driveway.

Depot hold for pick up

When driveway drop off is not available or you prefer to pick up the box or crate on your own time without having to meet a shipper at your house, it will be delivered to your nearest towns depot as "hold for pick up", once the box or crate arrives at the depot they will call you to let you know its ready for pick up.

Deep Forest finds the best rate with their local shippers and takes care of all of all the details for you.

How it happens

Once your order has been completed and the final balance owing has been paid, the order will then be crated in heavy duty plywood boxes and placed on pallets. the crates will be picked up by their local shipping Co. A tracking number will be provided and most orders take approx. 5-8 business days to be delivered. Delivery appointments thru the shipping companies is available upon request so you make sure your there to receive the crates.
